Ross McGuire is an Associate Director at bbd, with over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry gained in the UK and New Zealand. Ross’ experience includes all aspects of quantity surveying, cost planning, cost modelling and contract advising.
Ross has provided cost management services on major commercial, retail, residential, healthcare, hotel and leisure projects throughout the full project duration. He has also worked in an advisory role on many seismic and remedial projects for insurance valuation purposes. The successes of these projects illustrate the high level of service consistently delivered to our clients.
